Is this legally binding?
The accept-record (timestamp, IP, accepted line items) is an audit trail. It's not a substitute for a formal contract — for legal weight, layer a service agreement on top.
Can I edit after sending?
Yes. Until the client decides, you can adjust. Once they accept or decline, the decision version is read-only. Duplicate it for a new revision.
